Booking Policy

 
Hi, my name is Roxie and I am excited to be your Private Travel Stylist! Yes that means I bring EVERYTHING to you but the sink!Please read this information below prior to booking your appointment, for any further understanding please text 803-829-4223  Please only text, no calls.  

Location: South Carolina and Surrounding areas

Deposits: A 25% deposit minimum is due directly after booking appointment. If the deposit is not received within 30 minutes of booking, the appointment will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit will go towards your balance.

Braiding Hair: Is included in all braid styles unless advised.

Balance Due: CashApp, Zelle or CASH only due at Appointment for remaining balance. Booking an appointment signifies your agreement to all terms on this booking site The Morning of your appointment, you will receive a personal text to confirm my arrival for your appointment. Please Confirm within 15 minutes to avoid Cancellation or delay.

Late Policy: I am a Travel Stylist coming to YOUR HOME or event! If I can make it there on time for our service, I expect for you to be there and ready to start immediately. My safety will be my priority and I will not be on your property waiting. If I arrive and you are not there without contact, for up to 5 minutes there will be a $15 Late Fee added to your final balance owed. After 5 minutes I will leave and your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations: To prevent losing deposit, appointments can be rescheduled within 48 hours of appointment time. The deposit will be applied to the new appointment date as long as it is within a 3 week window of the original appointment date. If it isn't, another deposit will be required. Deposits are only transferrable once. In the event that I need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, all deposits will be returned.

Pictures: Please note during your appointment, photos and videos will be taken to showcase your completed style. By paying your deposit you are FULLY aware that your service can be featured and displayed on ALL of my social media and marketing platforms. 

Inspiration Photos: Please note all Hairstyles look different on different hair densities & textures. For example, if your hair is fine, your install may not include the same number of locs as someone with thick hair. All styles will look different on different face shapes and head sizes as well. With that being said, please know I'm 100% committed to ensuring your style fit you, your look and personality. During your consultation prior to starting the service, we will chat about how you want your style to lay, what side you prefer your part on and which side you favor most
